An exhibit will let you easily communicate with companies that are hard to reach without a time-consuming effort. It lets you establish a strong presence, put on live demos and significantly extend your contacts and leads in a suitable setting.

The exhibition package includes the following:

• Participation of one person in the forum

• One person to staff the stand

• Food for both persons in connection with the forum, plus attendance of the evening event

• Your company’s profile and logo on the forum’s website

• The forum documented proceedings

• Your company’s brochure on the forum information table

• Your company’s logo and profile in the exhibitors’ directory of the forum proceedings

You appear as the host of a cocktail or sparkling wine reception at the first evening of the forum.

• Before you can deliver a 5-10 min. welcome speech to the delegates. To the reception you can invite guests and additional competent staff members as contacts for the delegates.

You appear as the host of a business lunch or business dinner.

• Your company logo will be print on the menus; the delegates will be invited by a special letter of invitation, which will be signed personally from you and IIR. IIR will send the letter to the delegates which gives your invitation a close relationship to the forum.

You sponsor a welcome-present to the delegates at their hotel rooms. You can add a letter of your company.

• f.e. a bottle of wine or water, a fruit bowl etc.
• You can call attention to the delegates already at the hotel check in and if you want so, invite them to your exhibition stand.

You appear as the host of an external evening event.

• This could be a special dinner, a cultural event or an external live-presentation or something near it.
